So - after working on this for a long time, I can now present my new design! This will be my standard from now on - I'll still make other ones if ordered, of course. The pipes are fitted with easily changeable plastic mouthpiece in ebony or ivory (to all of you chewers :-) ) and maintenance free plastic/rubber contra valve.
Instead of hemp windings, the pipes are fitted with rubber O-rings for a firm grip and easy removal, and to avoid any stuck parts in humid conditions. The seasoning free bag is lined with rubber - no more yummy honey and hide glue mixtures ruining your favorite pot.
Select from several kinds of wood, ex. cherry, apple, birch, maple, walnut, zebrano etc, and bag colors of red, black, green, gray and brown.
All parts are individually handmade and adjusted - all of this for prices starting at just 480€. And very, very soon, the synthetic reeds will be available! Visit my homepage or Facebook page over the holiday to be updated on the progress.
